    Pros - my local nearest dealership
    Cons - scratched my bike and some of the staff are unhelpful apart from Martin
    you can walk into the dealership look at bikes and clothing accessories and can be completely blanked even to the point where some of the staff look down their nose at you

    "Excellent & Friendly Service!"
    Pros - Friendly service with a willingness to help you get the most out of Ducati
    Cons - None really other than a small blip with paperwork when I bought my first Ducati. This was rectified efficiently.
    The guys at Ducati Manchester from Martin (GM) through to the parts and service dept guys genuinely want you to enjoy biking.

    In addition to the normal things you expect from your dealer they do things like organise rideouts during the summer to help you get involved in the whole Ducati brand and lifestyle thing. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them.

    Highly recommended!!
