Hi there I hope you're well and you don't mind me posting on here. My name is Matthew and I work for a company called MRFGR (Market Research Focus Group Recruiter) and we specialise in recruiting certain members of the public to attend paid market research sessions. Our client is conducting a research and development project to look at designs of future generation bikes for the 21st century. We are currently seeking owners of specific 'Roadster' Motorbikes (over 500c) to take part in a focus group. The research will be taking place in Birmingham (B92) at the following dates and times; Group 1 - Saturday 9th April, 15.00pm - 17.30pm Group 2 - Saturday 9th April, 18.00pm - 20.30pm Group 3 - Sunday 10th April, 13.30pm - 16.00pm The incentive for participating is £100.00 If you would like to be considered for the research then please register your details by following the link below; £100 Paid Market Research (Birmingham) - Seeking owners of 'Roadster' Motorbikes (over 500cc) Please note this is not a sales or marketing request. Many thanks Matthew MRFGR Market Research - MRFGR | Market research, respondent recruitment, focus groups, online surveys, consumer panels and much more.
Hi Andy Thanks for your reply. By 'Roadster' I mean standard or Naked bike (with over 500cc). Admittedly I personally don't have extensive knowledge on bikes. However we a looking for people who own specific bikes. If you would like to be considered for this research please register your interest by following the link in my previous message. Many thanks Matt
What we bikers class as a roadster and what a non biker would call a roadster could be very different things. I own a sports bike, two sports tourers and a classic tourer, my mum would say that they are all roadsters because none of them are trail bikes.
Hi Bob I appreciate your message. I would recommend anyone who is interested in participating to register their details by following the link in my original post, it will only take 2 minutes. I can then check your suitability. Many thanks Matt
Perhaps a bit more research into what you mean would help people to understand what you are seeking :smileys:
Hi Guys Thanks again for your messages. We are specifically looking for 'Roadster' or 'Naked' Bikes' and not sports, tourers or adventure bikes. An example would include the Ducati Monster for example. I hope this helps. Anyone interested please register your details by following the link below; £100 Paid Market Research (Birmingham) - Seeking owners of 'Roadster' Motorbikes (over 500cc) Thanks
where would you see the Ducati Scrambler sitting? as far as I'm aware its an upright naked type roadster
Hi Nigel Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the scambler is not on the list of bikes we are looking for. Thanks
But what Ducati call "the scrambler" is a naked road bike above 500cc! It is not an off road bike like a scrambler. As you seem to have a list then why not just publish that list?
Ducati Monster is quite a broad range 696 or 1200R. I would have though a Scrambler owner was exactly what you're looking for....
:tearsofjoy: well I did and it came up with triumphs and stuff, so was about to delete my post for the fear of looking silly, but harley do a roadster (after a double check google)
I'm out on both counts 899 and me Full Throttle, i am considering the X diavel, i wonder wether that counts?
Now if I was anyone in authority at a good market research company, and I had to task someone to find me some bikers to question, then I would task someone who is or was a biker themselves. If you are not a biker then you have never experienced freedom, and will never understand the way we tick!
