What about South Ockendon; Sudbury; Colchester; Braintree; Grays Thurrock or Ipswich?

You're right, its utter bollocks. Never trust a list when they don't actually give your the questions asked to compile it. And, even then, exercise caiution. A bit like the MCN's top 10 bikes.
