It's a doddle Nikko, Basically....... Both side fairings and belly pan off. Remove the RH air tube cover and air tube (secured by 3 x bolts to the airbox and 1 x bolt to the headlight). You can remove the air tube with the nose cone on, but will have to get to the bolt that attaches it to the headlight by pulling the RH nosecose wing outboard a little to get a spanner behind. You don't need to remove the air tube to get the radiator out, but will need it out of place to refill the system when you refit the rad. Remove the radiator cap and drain the system via the drain plug on the LHS of the engine. Loosen the 2 main hose radiator clamps and overflow pipe beside the radiator cap. Unplug the fan connectors Remove bolt from bottom bracket of the radiator Remove bolt from the top bracket of the radiator (LHS). Lower the radiator on the LHS and slide out to the RHS of the bike. I may have missed minor issues, but that's it really.
Thanks again rob ur a star. My mate has a engineering work shop and has offered to weld it . He reckons that jb metal will eventually come away so might as well give it a try.
