Hi All, I’m currently in the process of rebuilding my 1098s. I bought it a year ago and ran it last year on the Michelin 2CTs it came fitted with. They have been fine, however, I am keen to get feedback on tyres others are using and what else is now out there. There’s a host of conflicting information available online. I’m also conscious it’s difficult to buy a “bad” tyre these days and it’s mostly down to people’s preferences. The bike will be predominately ridden, fairly spirited, on the road, with the occasional track day thrown in. Also the odd trip to watch the road racing and the TT, so getting wet is also something to consider, hence ruling out Super Corsas etc. I’m more interested in performance as opposed to mileage, value etc. The current thoughts are: 1. Bridgestone S22 2. Pirelli Rosso Corsa 3 3. Michelin 2CT 4. Bridgestone BT016 5. Metzeler M7RR Thanks Paul
