Hi Rob, Question for you if you don't mind, was out for a Sunday run today on the 1098R was doing about 160+kmh when the bike decided to stop running screen went blank, red engine light came on and she wouldn't start again, engine turned over, screen was okay but won't fire up. Towed her back and now have to figure out whats the wrong with her......any ideas on where to start...thanks Michael
Sorry I'd start with error codes and getting the dealer to plug it into the diagnostics before you start spending money.

Hi Rob, Following a detailed diagnostic check it was discovered that the fuel hose from the fuel pump to fuel filter had come off the fuel pump, hence the sudden shut down at speed. New hose and clips were installed and all good to go. So she is back home ready for another run this weekend. Thanks for your help and advice, Michael
