After several months of cleaning mould off,replacing faulty parts,which to my surprise were all readily available either new or second hand.my Ducati multistrada 1100ds is on the road. Had a long 200mile first outting were I was shocked how well it handled, and ran.riding position is alittle perched but soon got used to it .I had a 1260 for a while and I was for ever tightening up parts which had vibrated them selves loose.but the ds dosent seem to suffer with this ,it accelerates smoothly sits at 80miles per hr with ease.and everything feels balanced. Fuel consumption was far better than i expected. All in all great bike and worth every penny anddvery hours put in to it.
