Which way lengthens it?! Turning the central large adjuster clockwise or anticlockwise? Has thrown me due to the reverse thread lol
experiment, if you undo one of the nuts more than likely the top one will be the normal thread so from left side of bike pull spanner towards rear. the left hand thread is usually the bottom one plus its identified with a light machined line through the nut faces
