Does anyone know if the swinging arm will take either a rivet nut or a helicoil to repair one of the locating holes for the hugger as one of them appears to have a stripped thread and will not tighten fully?
Off hand i cant remember what size they are probably m4? but you could run a tap down it just see if it cleans the thread, then you may be able to lightly nip the bolt up after. (worth a try but may not help). No reason why you can't helicoil but the problem will be getting access with the drill. unless you have a shallow 90' air gun which you could get in.
