Hi Guys, New to this forum so let me introduce myself. I live in Cape Town South Africa, ride a 1200 Diavel that has 22 000ks on her, always serviced and never ridden hard and one day on a straight road my crank snapped in half by the flywheel. The say lack of service or assemble fault which i dont understand as this motor was from Factory.???? No my question will a 1200 multistrada crankshaft fit the 1200 Diavel.? Regards Bruce
@nelly is probably your best bet on here if he has a free moment, although a look on a dealer's online "microfiche" ought to be a good start to try and confirm same part number. https://www.ducatiomaha.com/pages/ducati-oem-parts i had a quick look and the year (as i'm sure you knew) is important. crank part no:- 14622271DR came up for Diavel 1200 Starting around 2015 (Ending - i don't know) crank part no:- 14622271AR came up for Multi 1200 around 2018. There are many models and years you could go through if you have the time to spend on the site.
