Hi all my DVT has a problem with 6th gear, when I change into 6th the neutral light flashes then after few mins the gear indicator changes from 6 to -- and the engine light comes on. it also doews many other Random things e.g. starts playing music from my phone. and various warning lights flash. its been back to the dealer at 300 miles and they did a reset on the dash and gearbox position sensor, but no change!! Any one else had this type of prob. Cheers Phil.
Prehaps don't pair your phone to the bike? 6th gear sounds majorly annoying hope you get it sorted quickly.
The phone is just a byproduct of the fault definitely not the cause!!! It's goin in for first service next week so they will get another chance to sort it. I hope!,!!!!,
My gear indicator on my standard (non-S) dvt dash works ok. But there seems to be two neutrals in between 2&5!! Intermittent but makes the Sachs suspension wallow a bit!
