It beggars belief doesn’t it. This should be the most open and shut insurance claim ever. Why aren’t you claiming off him and getting new gear…unless of course that would write the bike off?
Sam You couldn’t make it up my friend My knee is killing me a month later ! they did want to collect it with the view to write it off , I refused and had an assessor out who said it’s repairable Last 2 weeks after that have been a never ending list of calls that have got me nowhere His insurer has admitted liability but , apparently they are going to give me nearly 4K less vat to get it repaired If the bill then goes over that , another invoice would be paid ! headache I could do without tbh And seeing as there’s not another the same available in uk , I want it back on the Rd
