According to the configurator on the Ducati website heated grips are an accessory either available separately or as part of the touring accessory package. Ergo they aren't standard.
Bear in mind that these will have their own controller. The Ducati ones, albeit at a cost, have a switch on the bars and an indicator on the dash. I find the ones on my Mutley 1260s perfectly warm enough, rarely, if ever, need the third setting. They did come as part of the touring pack though.
Its an extra.. but well worth it! yes they cost a bit more than some you can buy in the market, but having it integrated on the bike is great..
I had the Ducati ones fitted when I bought my bike a little over two years ago. They failed about six months ago, so I wouldn't recommend them.
