wanted for my 1990 851 but not sure if any 17mm one is suitable. After a cable aswell I suppose as that's the reasons the drive unit is f00ked!
I don't know your model details, but if you would care to take a photo of the wheel hub without a drive in place and a few dimensions, I might be able to tell if an SS one will fit. Photo first..... AL
Thanks Guys, I actually picked up one from a mates last night. it was a 17mm which he bored out to 20mm to fit the bimota, so I will just sleeve it down to 17mm again. Steve- thanks for the tip on the SS cable, i'd looked at those, the only difference being there's a thrust washer on the 851 part, I wasn't aware the length was different. I have a 900 SL in the garage, so I was going to pull the cable of that and try it. they're cheap enough at about £11.80 from Ducati tho, cheaper than a pattern one on ebay! Will let you know on if it all fits ok, Phil
