I'm looking for some part worn Super Corsa's for track day use and most of them for sale seem to be 120/70 and 185/60's instead of the 55's on road spec. So question is why are people using 60 profiles, is it more corner surface area and is there any issues running this size ?
is that cause the edge of the tire doesn't drop off so much due to the higher profile then. i might have to give that a go......
Its the % height v width so its taller. Ie there is more rubber at 3/4 lean than upright if you look at the ones I have. Makes it turn quicker so you'd need to reset your ride height
