Is it your bike? Looks lovely, but read the H&H disclaimers, and it is essentially buying unseen from the pictures. Nothing they or the seller has written about the bike is legally binding. This item is sold on an ‘As is Where is’ basis. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from your own opinion. Photos and listing descriptions are for guidance purposes only*.** Given some recent errors I have told them about on other items, and they have not corrected, even though they assured me they would. I'd be very wary of shelling out any where near market rate money for it.
It did “sell” a couple of months ago on C&C. I was one the bidders. I think it went for £11k+. Maybe that was below reserve? Could explain why it is back up for sale. It is a great shame they have not started it as that would give all buyers real confidence to bid. I bought a very highly strung Ducati recently at H&H. The description mentioned an engine refresh in 2018. On getting it home we replaced the belts, added fresh fuel and ran a diagnostic. Only problem was we couldn’t find a “starter” button. Eventually I had to ask H&H for the previous owners phone number to figure out how to start it. He kindly confirmed starting it regularly in 2022 after an ECU replacement. There was an accompanying photo file of the engine refresh at JHP, but that was not added to the auction description. As a result I took a huge risk and consequently, probably paid a very low price with just one other bidder in the room.
