Just had my first ride on my 2013 MTS and I am soooo happy with my purchase. If a bike is this much fun trying to keep under 6 thou on crap salty roads, then bring on the first service and some better weather. Awesome. btw, neutral super easy to engage going from 1st or 2nd, gearbox sweet for a new box, handling nice and neutral, and the motor pulls well from just over tickover. The adjustable screen I liked better in the lowest position as a bit turbulence was evident over 60mph, the higher position would keep more weather off though. It looks as though the sat nav may have to stay on the left hand side of the bars, a high mount above the speedo looks as though it would block access to the screen adjuster on the new model. Cant wait to get some more miles in.
I've just done 2 runs to Ducati Aylesbury from london this weekend on the bike. Im still running mine in but have given it some beans to see what it's got. The answer is a gob full of power! I am having an issue with my screen. I just don't like it. I'm tempted on either going for a PP (smaller) screen or a GT (larger) screen. With earplugs in I'm coming back with a headache/ears ringing. I've just fitted the lower seat which works well. I'm thinking the GT screen with the lower seat maybe just perfect.
just did 200 miles in the cold on the pani to break her in... thought more than a few times on the Multi! what a great bike that is! congrats!
