  12. Did you type the code in before you paid? give them a call tomorrow they'll probably be able to refund the 20%..

  16. Yep entered the code pre paying, you'd think it would be easy to get a refund of the 20% wouldn't you? Called them this morning the only thing they can do is cancel the booking then wait for their IT dept to allow them to take a booking 20% cheaper, so I'm now waiting for Silverstone to call me back to take a payment, which if they dont I wont have a booking.

  17. That's a bugger, I'm sure they'll sort it out, if their IT guys are as slick as their trackday organisation then it'll all be grand :thumbsup:... surely would have been easier to adjust the system to take 20% off any bookings made yesterday....

  18. Spookily they have just called, very happy sounding Hannah took payment and its now sorrted. Might be the first outing on the K6 600.
