In lovely original Ducati red.Approx 14000 miles.Very good condition throughout, especially when you consider it is 13 years old.Good tyres,etc,etc.2 keys + 2 alarm fobs. Some history.Factory panniers, and the following list of accessories/upgrades: Termignoni end cans,(+ the original Ducati cans). Power chip,(+ the original Ducati chip). Oberon clutch slave cylinder. BMW Navigator III motorcycle GPS and bracket,(on RAM ball mounting) Bagster tank cover,(red),with Top Sellerie matching tank bag. Sargent touring seat. "Hot Hands",grip slip-ons. I also have a set of bar risers,(not fitted),similar to HeliBars but not currently fitted. A spare starter solenoid. As you can see,it's very well equipped for touring.I've owned, enjoyed and cherished the bike for three years, but I've started having a few age-related back problems and this has meant the bike has slipped down my list of preferred bikes to ride,(I have...er....one or two...to choose from). It was last fully serviced about 5000 miles ago,I've changes the oils etc very regularly but if you are not as confident as me in Italian engineering you may well have to consider a full belt service for your own peace of mind. Not ridden since September 2014 when I came back from Europe,,the MOT has now expired and although it has been on an Optimate all the time and I've run it weekly to keep it up to scratch, last week it threw a hissy fit and now refuses to turn over properly on the starter. As I'm currently in the process of making space in my storage,I've decided to put this up for sale and see how it goes. I had hoped this bike and I would grow old together, and this is a very reluctant sale.I have many happy memories of European trips on it and touch wood it has never let me down or failed to start until this last incident. I'm not giving it away and I'm sure there are plenty of people who will say I'm asking too much for it,but there you go,value, like beauty is very subjective and no-one is forcing anyone to buy it. In my opinion these are incredibly under valued in any case, but what the hey,if it doesn't sell it will go to the back of the barn with a cover over it. £2500 buys it as it is,located near Biggleswade in Bedfordshire.Viewing is both welcome and recommended.Seriously interested and pleasant human beings get tea or coffee gratis,(no one is going to die whether you buy the bike or not so we won't fall out if you don't,I promise ya).... but time wasters or arseholes who think they are going to steal a brand new bike for "nuffink" will get shown the door....in fact arseholes get shown the door anyway, they don't deserve a nice bike like my Ducati...as the man said, lifes too short to dance with fat chicks...I'm sure you get my drift. PM me if you want details or want to come and have a butchers. Cheers
