My settings... 70kg fast road riding. front preload: 4 lines showing front rebound damping: 9 clicks out front comp. damping: 6 clicks out rear preload: 12mm thread showing rear rebound damping: 1 turn out rear comp. damping: 1 turn out fork tube height to 6mm above triple clamp, rear ride height 9mm threat showing Perfect..! (And it's amazing how bad the bike handled when purchased!) Grant
