Hello M8s, Whilst researching the spec's and deciding between the base 2013 Multistrada and the PP, I noticed a discrepancy I cannot account for between the two models as listed on the official Ducati website. The 2013 base model dry weight and wet weights are listed respectively as 423 and 494 pounds while the PP model lists its weight as 428 and 489 pounds. I cannot reconcile the 10 exta pounds "wetting" the base over the PP edition. The base model starts 5 pounds lighter dry weight but ends up 5 pounds heavier wet compared to the PP? Your thoughts are appreciated. Cheers
I see what you mean. Looks like a typo. I would expect the PP to be lighter with all that carbon and lighter wheels - but then there is the trick suspension to add weight.
