  1. I wish I hadn't read that now!!!

  2. Just needs some more diesel additives in he tank thats all.

  3. Hmm...s'pose things can only go only way. Unless of course, it all stays the same.

  4. Same old, same old then.

Roll on the 2013 seasons. Not.

  5. Did anyone expect anything different?

The GP bike is shite and the 1199 is still in WSB infancy, give it a few seasons and it will be there or there abouts!

The GP13.....need a blank page starting...it just doesn't work, and you can't polish a turd!

  6. :) oeeeefff :)
sorry to have started the worries. ... :)

    grtz

  7. Didnt the 916 win straight out of the box thou? You're right thou, I cant see much silverware heading Ducatis way in 2013 :frown:

  8. The 916 was racing 750's

  9. A win is a win, doesnt matter that you're cheating

  10. I think we should just settle for finishing on the same lap as the winner for now......

  11. , the 999 and 1098 won straight oot the box as well i think

  12. Correct 999 won from day one, first world championship race was world superstock at Valencia with Lorenzo Lanzi on board, bloody freezing in that grandstand

  13. Said Lance Armstrong!

  14. The thing is that you can't compare the current MotoGP bikes with Superbikes, as there are all sorts of rules which inhibit the MotoGP bikes - limited fuel, limited number of engines (and getting worse!), sealed engines, standardised tyres (may not be right for the chassis ... rofl!), the new standardised ECU, and so on. These engines have to do a couple of thousand miles before the end of the season so they just cannot be tuned in the same way that the Superbike engines can, as they can be rebuilt between races!

To me it's very counter-intuitive to the whole point of MotoGP bikes, and maybe that's why it's been so dull of late?

  15. Are your sure that a motogp is slower than a WSBK bike? I
'm sure there is no sense or appeal in a 3 brand 6x more expensive series being slower then the All brands cheaper option ....

  16. about the tire issue :

why son't the sell a GP12 to a private owner who then tests it with different tyres?
    i'm got 5K left! :)
