It seems crazy to be thinking about 2017 when we still have to see what happens in 2016 but you have to wonder with Gorgeous George having to deal with a new bike whether next year could be the GOATs best and last chance for another title ..... ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Always be a legend in my eyes and hugely talented I've read some hilarious statements of people saying he should retire and he's passed it lol. Forgetting that he finished second in the championship last year and regularly sticks it on the podium Not to mention the fact that he's undoubtably the most popular rider on the grid and argueably in history.
think back to last year, when at the beginning rossi was by all accounts washed up . out of a pretty handsome field he finished 2nd and arguably only because of a rash decision by himself and race control (or the powers that be). he's not made a bad start to this season (no worse than last) so yea 2017 is a long way away! lets get this one out the way first... youngster...
If we're going to discount Jorge on a new bike, what about Marquez, Iannone once he curbs his crashes and Vinales with a year's more experience and 12 months' improvement on the Suzuki? However, I can't see Lorenzo struggling on the Ducati now it appears to be sorted compared to the recalcitrant lard-dipped eel Rossi and Dovi were trying to ride a few years back.
I'd love to see it, and was amazed at last year (although fair fortune as jorge and marquez had a horrendous start) he got so close but I wouldnt bet on it.
He won't win the title in 2016 or 2017, or 2018 for that matter. Feel free to bookmark. If he does, I'll show my arse on the Town Ha...................er hang on a minute, this could go badly. :Wideyed:
