2022 Bsb Round 1 - Silverstone **contains Spoilers**

I'll be there on Sunday, no idea where yet, prob just wander around getting my bike racing fix!!

 

On live now, and less than 1 tenth covers 23 riders!

 

1 second between fastest superbike and fastest superstock, small track but still, super bikes are about 3 times the price… maybe £25k for a superstock and £75k for a superbike?

 

Does anyone know if there will be a helmet/riding kit park at Silverstone? Don't want to carry my lid around all day. If not, I'll put my panniers on and lock it in them.

Surreal as to why the regs aren’t more strict isn’t it. The lap laptimes between sbk and stk at the TT are silly close. Some riders choosing to run stock motors in sbk chassis due to the nature of the course even.

 

First race on its way…. Line up…good t0 see Iddon ahead of Sykes but tbh surprised Sykes only 11th

redding is falling out of his own ass in wsbk at the minute. Loads of variables mate, but I take your point. Maybe he should be further up there seeing as it’s Silverstone as well.

Absolute shocker for the PBM boys, they can’t be at all satisfied with that. Pace wise they were a fair way off. I actually thought the race was quite boring tbh, strange as that track has given us some crackers in the past.

Silverstone is probably my least favourite circuit, sadly Oulton and Cadwell are a lot further away. I watched R1 last night but was so tired I was struggling to stay awake, hopefully I will be more awake tonight. Thruxton is less than 30 minutes away but it’s not great for the spectators.

 

Knew it was going to be a patchy season at best but please god, anyone but the Iriwns

 

I didnt realise Kyle Ryde was still only 24 too. Seems to have been around decades.

 

Been watching oulton on Eurosport most of the day. Weird/funny/enjoyable seeing Tom Sykes knock around mid pack battling storm Stacey lol
