  1. Picked up my new Multistrada yesterday to glorious weather and managed 220 miles in the saddle with the good lady and I

To say I was happy would be a slight understatement
    Some pictures from yesterday.

  2. But then you went and spoilt it and went to Skegness

  3. It could have been worse! He could have gone to Gt Yarmouth!

  4. I went there once, thats half an hour i'll never get back :frown:

  5. :upyeah: - well at least the ride there and back was fantastic.

The next 2 pictures were at Southwell, near Newark.

  7. Looks like you had fun and lots more to come.

Is that a standard ABS bike and if so may i ask where you bought it from?

  8. Yes it is a standard ABS from Italia Moto - Lincoln Ducati dealer, great guy called John did the deal.

  9. Glad your enjoying the bike but I can't believe people are having a go at Skeg, maybe Cleethorpes or at a push Maplethorpe. I must admit I do miss the roads up there and have had some great rides from Lincoln to Cadwell.

If your just out having a blat and find yourself near Scunthorpe call in to Colin Willoughby Motorcycles and tell him Ducs are the way forward and to get rid of his overweight Busa.

  10. Now that's a happy threesome. It gets better every day, trust me. Congratulations.
Oh and by the way, the accessory spending starts NOW :)

  11. Best things about Skegness and cleggy :--

Roads in and out !

  12. Already ordered the panniers :upyeah:, just need some advice on best crash bungs for the MTS, any advice guys would be welcome, thanks

  13. I bought my MTS about 6 weeks ago and have already added about £250 in extras. Bought bungs for both wheels and engine and chose evotech as R&G don't do one of the wheels and can't remeber which right now? I also bought the radiator guard as it looks very exposed and vulnerable. Fitted the Evotech one which was relatively easy. It's a fabulous bike that is so stable and inspires such confidence. Still very much getting used to it, but managed 600 miles so far so it's getting more predicatable. Enjoy yours!

  14. Martin, R&G appear to do front forks and rear spindle protector on this product list

  15. Thanks Martin, Evotech bungs ordered, frame and both wheels - look really nice as well.

Only had the bike since Saturday and already at 450 miles - booked the first service in for Saturday. After speaking to John at Lincoln he did say if the mileage is a little over 625 miles it doesn't matter much (which it will probably be!!). So the long way home again tonight
