Just had this message ( 403 forbidden ) when clicking on new posts, went back to try and log in again and the same message came up on google, all is well now and only lasted 5 mins or so. Was it just me? Steve.
Had the same problem on the 8/6/12, BT investigated and there was a low resistance on the main copper feed to the house, since they reterminated and fitted a new main input box it seems to have improved.
