998 57mm Exhaust

  1. hello I ve just got a 57mm exhaust , are there any fitting issues ? I ve been looking on the tinter web and I ve seen her needing a carbon underseat tray as the standard one to thick ?one even said he had rearset issues ?

  2. you will have to space out the right hand foot peg.

  6. yes i had some spacers made up and just used longer 8mm bolt.

  7. Should be fine then, as Cooky said probably have to space off the right footrest a bit, whereas the RS headers are quite different and not a straight forward fit.

  8. I have some rearsets on at the moment so that should help ..
    Are you glad you bought the 57mm or not ?

  9. So with the rearsets I still needed another 3mm and no need for a carbon underseat tray but wow l love the sound its way better than a 50 mm
