Thought I would share the dyno results off my KTM 690 Duke, its a remarkable engine, so smooth for a big single, bags of torque and 75 hp at the wheel.
You have an end can fitted, anything else of note fitted or just pretty much standard. I have a new to me ex demo GasGas 700, TBH I found it a little underwhelming power wise and I’m starting wonder if it’s been a2 restricted and isn’t full caffeine. My mate had the same sense when he bought a 690 Duke and quickly sold it on for a Hypermotard replacement.
Pretty much standard apart from the can, S2 filter and an extensive remap, the dyno result from a very reputable provider backs it up, of course the 690 is a stepping bike for some, for me I am comparing to the likes of my 1200s, and many other similar bikes which I have owned, for what it is a 690 single it is impressive.
