748/916/996 for repair/project

  1. Hi,

    I'm after either a748,916 or 996 that needs a lot of mechanical TLC as I'm after a project. Ideally something with mechanical/cosmetic issues rather crash damage but might consider it depending on the extent.

    So if you have a beloved bike that you don't have the time or money to repair then let me have her and I'll promise she'll be well looked after..

  5. He's possibly expecting top dollar too, I'm curious as to his reserve. Why take photos of the worst parts for an auction??

  14. I've got a 98 748bp in need of a cosmetic resto cheap, Motor rebuilt less than 1000miles ago by louigi moto, with SP pistons and heads. Silo moto caps, fruity!

    Bought it as a cat C and done a quick and dirty rebuild. Moted till October, but on sorn. Rides well, but needs bodywork repairs and paint.

    That's it's good side, other side panel is red, and seat unit is held together with race tape.

    I'd like a bit more than £2000 for it.
