hi all.my name is karl and live in the new forest.ive owned a 748 for 11 years and the last five it has been my track bike.unfortunatly on tuesday the main bearing on the left let go and trashed the alternator cover.does anybody know someone who could rebuild it for a reasonable cost.cheers
I have had several big ends go over the years. It's a big job and the last one that went I had Ducati John rebuild the engine. Cost was £1400 of which £900 was for parts which included all new big ends and main bearings.
