Hello all, 1st Ducati while I can still bend my knees enough to ride it... 749 - 03 with termis. Went on 1 cylinder. Swapped coil packs. Both ok. Both earths ok. Battery off for relay swap. Now 37.3 & 38 with both black keys - original & one bought from Fast Keys and used with no problems for months. No red key. No key code. No nothing now...me too. Does battery off mess up keys / immobiliser? Have I affected the wiring when I was rasting around putting the heatshield/battery box back? - what a crap piece of design that is. Any way of by-passing immobiliser without key code? What next? - take apart again? - check aerial ring? have it all re-programmed? I'm expecting ecu at the end of the saga. All help gratefully received.
There's a little earth fly lead that goes under one of the ECU nuts. Check this for break or Verdi Gris.
