I have designed D1s conversion headlight bracket as I wanted to use quality phillips xenon bulbs instead of 9005 that normally come with HID kits. I had it 3D printed in ABS plastic and it fits nicely in! HID ballast is relocated on custom bracket next to horizontal cylinder timing covers, more pics to follow soon...
The bracket has been designed in Rhinoceros 3D and it took a while to make it right. After many prototypes, this one is the current design:
