749 749/999 Radiator, Will 996 Series Fit ?

  1. Hi,

    Been offered a 996 febur rade radiator, and oil cooler...will this fitup to a 749 / 999 ?

    Physically just want to know as I can deal with fittings, hoses and crap...but yes any thoughts ?

    Anyone done it ?

  2. I've done it the other way.
    996 rads don't have a rad cap, 999 ones do..

  3. You can use your existing 996 expansion bottle, or use 998/999 side frame one.

    Oops you have a 999..
    999rs bottle then!

  4. Not worried about no rad cap as will be running an expansion bottle
