what is everyone opinion on the Flat rate rear suspension from the 749r? i have an option on a rear setup from a 749r and also front adjustable headstock is it worth the work /cost of a change over? my plans have changed slightly and im going to use the 999r as a track bike for the year and was looking at a shock and fork rebuild before getting stuck in. any experience in the group?
I went the other way... I installed the 999R Xerox shock and rocker and added a DP Titanium Ride Height adjuster to my 749R.... Much better for the road.
