750 F1 On Ebay

  1. No you're not missing anything. It's like building a bike from new parts and expecting to get every penny back. It's a nice bike but that's silly money.

  2. Thought so, but don't know much about these so wasn't sure :)

  3. That looks like a lot of cash to me for a bike without much heritage and performance probably of its era.
You'd have to like it a lot to stump up that.

    Maybe someone does.

  4. I thought i knew who was selling this before i even clicked on the link and i was correct. Believe there was a discussion about it or one of their others last year. It is a lot for what it is and somehow it just doesn't look right either.
I am a big fan of TT1 & 2's and used to have a Moto Vecchia low budget version but i would not be lusting after this one at that price.

  5. I owned an F1 many years ago. I even rode it back to the factory on a European trip, taking in Assen and the Bol D'or. They now go for £15k plus. Would I buy one again at that price? Not unless I was minted and had already got the rest of my fleet sorted!
