Can anyone tell me what size or part number these screws should be? Mine look to be an afterthought by the previous owner? 1995 750SS

On my bike that trim panel is held in place with a pair of push on fasteners. There are two plastic pegs that project from the rear and pass through the support frame. Oh yes I did see that. Interesting I wonder why mine are screws and washers. Should really take it off and have a look at what has been done and why. Thank you.
Not sure what the previous owner was thinking when they drilled out the fake crew caps as there is not much under there. Anyway replaced their chrome screws and washers with a nice black domes allen key screw. Far better. Thank you all for your input.
