I have managed to get a Power Commander cheap (ish only PC3 not USB) but the PC website only has maps for the 900. Anyone got a 750 map I can look at and edit? PC seem to be a rare thing on Ducati's, how does everyone else sort out the terrible standard fueling?
A lot of ducati's use PCIII's, and most do the only sensible thing to do when they are fitted - a custom map. The maps thst are downloadable are not for YOUR engine, therefore it will NOT be right. It may be better than you currently have or maybe worse. But the downloead maps are only an approximation of what tthe fuelling should be. A map would be around £200.
I know a custom map is they way to go but I have 6 months of evolution planned with the bike before I get it to a stage I know I can get it done. I just want a starting point that gives me an indication of how far out the stock maps are. I have done a lot of work building car ECU's and mapping my old track bikes so I know the software well.
