When I got mine they had various adapters in the packet to fit different diameter bars, but I think the 749 is the same diameter as the 848 ones anyway..
Hi XxAnthxX is correct; these are a multi-fit item and come with 2 sizes of handlebar bung / adapter to cover the options. listed in the '09 parts catalogue p.219 as suitable for "SBK, M696/1100, M, HYM, MTS, SC, ST, SS". HTH?
