848 Evo Corse SE - front suspension different?

Discussion in '848 / 1098 / 1198' started by redsail, Jul 25, 2013.

  1. Anyone know if the Course has the same fork internals as the Evo or if they've been tweaked? Just want to know out of curiosity really as I can't get over how much better my bike handles. Can the rear shock really make that much difference to the overall suspension feel? The bike bounces up and down almost perflectly parallel to the ground now whereas before the front felt way more squishy than the rear, not balanced at all. Its bliss :)

  2. Never question things like this. All you need know is that it's magic and it works

  3. Heh. It certainly feels good ET. I'm a inveterate tweaker and have no desire to fiddle with the settings, from stock it feels perfect.

  4. A quality rear shock will always make the whole bike feel betterer.

  5. Nice technical description there...start with the rear and improve their first then hit the front
