I know I’m not the sharpest star in the sky, but I’ve obviously ordered the wrong sprocket even though the details seem correct. Help please

That appears to be a sprocket for a QR carrier.
If you don't have a QR carrier then it won't fit.

I bought the AEM QR carrier from the lovely people on this very forum.
I have the former, used sprocket available for nothing if you pay post. Can count the teeth for you if interested.
