Hi, I have a brand new 848 - been ridden only 80 miles. As I was parking the bike after my most recent ride, I noticed that there is a pipe sticking out from under the chassis. Is that normal? Or is it a pipe/tube that has probably been dislodged? Thanks Ankur
Don't worry it lives there, if you look closer maybe inside the bellypan, there's two....if I remember correctly. They're just breathers.
thanks - i was alarmed because it sticking out a lot more than it previously was. this does put me at ease
Yep - dangly tubes are indeed a 'feature'.. they come as standard and are an occasional source of interest. Treat them nicely and you'll soon get used to them. :wink:
