one that comes to mind is a 748 owner who "rode it like he stole it" a bit too much for most readers, and got repeatedly roasted for it as a result. It was only 10 years ago..

I will have a delve, but memory so bad it might even have been on the Ducatisti site.

 

That really is an atrocity, but with a few hundred of your finest £s on paint and original stickers, it would become beautiful again. Shame that they painted the frame black as it makes the back to standard a little more involved.

 

What on earth goes through peoples minds that do this? That is so specific a look as well as being absolutely horrendous on a bike like that, that unless the owner was originally planning on keeping it forever there is nobody else anywhere who would ever want to buy that.
