These came off a California Superbike School bike. I bought this as a job lot with the intention of using on my 959, but never did and only just found out they are mostly 899/1199! They are the same as standard fairing panels, but supplied by Ducati unpainted. No damage, and would suit a track bike in their current state as the paint job is sub standard. From a metre or 2 they would prob look fine with a polish. Could be repainted and put on a road bike as they are identical to standard stuff. The tank is from a standard 959, is in good condition, no dents with original paint. I believe a 959 tank will fit 899. Included are front and rear delete blacked out hollow light clusters and rear light delete plug and 899/1199 front headlight/fairing bracket. The front upper, sides and lower fairings are 899/1199, may fit 959/1299 with the headlight/fairing bracket as the sides have 959 decals so suggests it would fit plus I was told it was from a 959, I couldn’t guarantee that though….so would have to check that. The tail unit panels are 959/1299. All the decals can be removed as they are not lacquered over. Would prefer pick up due to the size but will post at buyers expense as I have a massive box that’s it’s stored in. Would rather sell as a job lot, but may split it. £700. I do have a Flamingo tank cover aswell if anyone’s interested, no damage but again would need painting as the paint job is shite. £100. Based in Kent.
I *think* 899 and 959 bodywork different, 899/1199 and 959/1299 are compatible. Tank isn’t compatible with 1299…
*Updated* Done a check on part numbers of all the panels and this confirms the front upper, middles and lower fairing panels are 899/1199. The rear seat panels are 959.
So..I gave the very helpful guys at Moto Rapido all the part numbers of what’s listed above, and they have confirmed everything in the attached pic.
