hello all, has anyone fitted any? Know where to get em? I seen some a few years back but can't seem to find any online. With me Europe trip coming up id like to sort some thing. Don't know if a bar end mirror would cut it due to the angle of the bars. any thoughts my knowledgeable chums?

They are about the right price I guess, if you had time you could knock a couple up in wood(-:
Can't go very far wrong at that price but probably still worth fitting an Oberon Streetfighter bar end mirror to fill in the blind spot immediately behind. I have one on my 999 and use it all the time. I have it positioned over the little finger of my right hand where it adds almost nothing to the width of the bike.
I didn't need them - the OEM ones were fine, probably because I got them tight enough not to vibrate or move and I could look under my arms as well as round them. Could also be because I'm a tich.
The OEM ones involve a bit of elbow-flapping to get some rear vision, I'm not sure about the extenders as you'll only get a couple of cm extra and they look a bit pikey... but I guess if they make the difference between safe and not then they're a good buy. The extra mirror on the bar end is a good call, but don't forget to fit it on the LEFT bar end for European usefulness!
Easily swapped I guess. Just tickled me, as I remember a customer once buying a very expensive and handed per side caravan mirror for a European jaunt, he was a very pompous chap and knew exactly what he wanted for his driver's door mirror... took great delight in selling it to him and often wondered how he got on in France with it...
