I’m looking for the part of the hinge that screws onto the seat base like the pic below I’ve done eBay to death So if any of you guys have one laying about please let me know and I’ll have it

So I’ve had no luck trying to buy this new, it’s no longer available even though several sites have it listed. So I’m still looking for it if anyone has one laying about please let me know.
They aren’t exactly local to you but you could try giving Moto Rapido a call they seem to have a great reputation and I have seen many posts praising their customer service and ability to source parts.
