hi i'm pretty sure a standard 996 super bike engine should run single injector per cylender ?? and am i right in assuming a 16m ecu wont run a 2 injector per cyl throttle body ?? and should a standard 996 engine have the "desmo 4V DOHC" moulded in to the heads and not smooth like an SP/SPS ??? thanks
Happy to be told I'm wrong, but the 996 has twin injectors (mine does) but they don't run sequentially. Mine actually runs a single injector set up with one injector unplugged from the loom in each cylinder. Was done years before I got the bike and it runs great so happy to leave it.
