  2. I use a sigma ball and ramp type on my race bike (748R 127rwbhp) and its fine. There is a second hand one on fleabay now for 295

  3. I have a sigma one too, works ace, and a mate has one which had the same plates for over 12k (road riding and sme trackdays) without being worn out

  4. I'm looking at a slipper for my 999 that needs new plates and basket.
I've been quoted almost a grand for a sigma fitted. But I'm wriggling at spending that much. I don't track the 999, but have locked up the rear a few times when going into corners.

I found this company via eBay and have spoken to them via email. They say they make all the kit in house that's why they can do such good price.

Just over £200 plus a basket at £100 and about the same for plates makes it less than half the cost of the sigma.

Has anyone on here any experience of kbike products, or happen to have a slipper clutch they want to sell me so I can get back out playing :)

    Cheers

  5. Quality basically....... i've seen the eBay "bargains" blow apart. The centre was machined cast, not billet and it started to crack then ultimately fell to bits.

  6. Same as Nelly buy cheap buy twice, worth remembering there's a lot more maintenance on a slipper too, regrease the bearings every 1000 miles (I usually did this every couple of track days) plus getting the stack height right and monitoring it (again did this when I was regreasing the ramps/bearings)
