Can you convert the 4 pin harness plug to 2 pin from the fuel pump .. likewise with the side stand wiring .. I’ve got a 2 pinned QuickShifter unit .. bike is only track so I’m presuming two of the wires go to the instrument panel ??which I don’t need so Which wires control the pump when it cuts the fuel when shifting ?? Any help would be great ..
I'm not certain exactly how it works but surely a fuel cut-off for quickshifting doesn't stop the fuel pump? Even if you stop the pump there would still be residual pressure for a few seconds, a quickshifter would need to kill the injection/ignition...
a quick shifter generally just grounds the ign spark momentarily..nothing to do with the fuel pump wiring
