Guys, I’ve just fitted 50mm headers with 54mm termis to my 998 along with mwr filters. I’d had an ecu flashed with a 50mm map for the 998 but it looks like the ecu output is faulty, so I’ve put the std ecu back on until I can get an ecu sorted. Question is, will it be ok to ride temporarily with the std 998 ecu which fed a 45mm pipe originally? Cheers for any advice
I never had a ecu flashed with other exhausts. I do not say it was ideal but never had a probleme. So i think you will be fine. Henk!!!
