This is my mates bike, didn't realised he had already advertised it. The bike has got signs of big end wear, hense that he mentioned the engine rebuild. otherwise it would be a cracking bike
I know what you mean as I have a 998 and 999's, like both but the 998 is far prettier, but isn't it funny 999R's are now commanding more than 916SPS's and as much as 998R's :Wideyed:
The quote to strip engine, remove crank, reweld, regrind, gaskets, bearings etc and reassemble motor was around £800, then labour was is around 18 hours, garages charge anywhere from $50-£90 per hour.
